• Capriola has purchased a second bass in C and has borrowed a subbass in F. Both instruments were in use by the Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet.

2011

• On Sunday 18 September 2011, 15.00 h Capriola plays in the Geertekerk, Geertekerkhof 23, 3511 XC Utrecht. Concert for 100 years Genootschap van Nederlandse Componisten (Association of Dutch Composers).

• There are new recordings of Capriola on the website. They are some pieces of the program 'Early music from England with new Dutch antipodes', recorded at 31 January 2009 in the 12th century Roman church the 'Oude Jan' in Velp (near Arnhem).

• Capriola has a new member. Joost de Ridder has replaced Hans Groen in the quartet. Hans Groen, one of founders of Capriola in 2000, will be playing frequently with the quartet, by which also five-voiced music is performed.
